This class is for all ages, intermediate to beginner levels.
Join us in Meditation, Soundbowl Healing, Yoga Postures and more!!
This region of GA has so much Native and African American history, as well as beautiful landscapes. We seek to connect with this history as we heal through the Kemetic Yoga practice known as Thef Neteru Sema Paut. Participants will be guided through the story of the Neteru and the empowering postures that reflect them. This practice will be outside unless weather does not permit us.
Please bring water, a mat, towel, and bug spray.
