Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health has confirmed that six people were killed in an Israeli raid on Dawhet Aramoun.
In a statement on X, the ministry reported that body parts are being recovered from the site and efforts are underway to verify the victims’ identities. Additionally, 15 others were wounded in the attack.
Earlier reports from Lebanese media had placed the death toll at eight.
According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the building suffered extensive damage, with multiple floors engulfed in flames.
Residents evacuated and gathered in the streets, fearing additional strikes. Rescue teams continue to search for missing individuals trapped under the rubble, the NNA report added.
